This saw works great for what it is made for - trimming small branches. It is a little top-heavy when fully extended, but that's the nature of this design. Having the motor in the handle and a driveshaft through the pole would give the saw much better balance, but it would eliminate the ability to extend the pole AND keep the price reasonable. All in all, it's a great bargain.

this is a good tool, but could be improved with simpler and longer pole. the 3 parts pole is junk.
a 2 part pole extending at least 16' would make this tool a "must have"

This is a great find!! I had one that did enormous work for me but I beat it to death. When I found this one I decided to USE IT but not abuse it. It is cutting with the greatest of ease. Now I know where to find the tools I need. RJZ

saw looks and operates like new for a lot cheaper price. i read several reviews for this product and some where very negative. i have not encountered any problems. i wonder if some do not know how to adjust the chain. hope for many years of use.

Cuts good when chain is sharp. It is a powerful enough motor. Should be longer,5-8 ft. would be nice.Chain needs to be tightened after 10 to 12 cuts and thats a pain.
