I felled several tree that were between two to three feet in diameter with this saw. It cut through them quite easily. Good deal.

Arrived on time with everything. After assembly it started with three pulls. Initially didn't run well but after running for a while it developed full power. Cuts good and good power. Only distraction is it leaks chain oil from somewhere. Not much but enough to be a nuisanse

My old saw, which was the same, was getting tired, and the chain brake was failing after 10+ yrs of problem free service. So at this price I replaced it. The only issue I had was carbon deposits in the spark arrestor, and the engine can't reach max RPM's. Cleaning procedure is in the manual.

Hard starting very cold weather.

I use the saw to cut fire wood. It is a little hard to get started when the weather is real cold here in Minnesota.

I cut alot of fire wood and this is a very good saw for the money.It is very smooth and powerful and easy to handle.the only thing i don't like is the pull cord,it is not like the old homelite you really have to jerk (not pull)To Start.it's hard to hold saw firmly (it may get better after using a few times)over all a great saw for any person cutting alot of fire wood..

This unit ran great for about ten minutes. The list of problems grew rapidly......and, It did not come with the deluxe case as advertised.
